Cable/Connector
Cable with different length and specification, 18/20AWG, 10/15/25/35cm, waterproof and non-waterproof optional; and also have special connector for special projects to meet the diverse needs

Performance inspection

Check electrical parameters of voltage, power, and current by Power-on test Check light parameters of color temperature, CRI, lumen by Integrating sphere test. Check if short circuit and open circuit cause the product not to light up, if there’s pseudo soldering or missing welding. Check if it has chromatic aberration.
Appearance inspection
Check if the specification of FPC, LED, resistor, wire, glue, tube, adhesive tape, packaging meet product requirements. Check if have debris, residual glue, connecting tube on surface. Check if the width of the edge of the LED strip is same.Packaging Inspection
Check product label identification and packaging identification Check the quantity if it is correct. Check the surface of carton if intact, clean and tidy.
